History & Mission
The Heroes With Hearing Loss® program brings veterans, their families, Veteran Service Officers and hearing healthcare professionals together to explore the unique challenges faced by veterans with hearing loss. During a time when lives have been disrupted by the COVID‐19 pandemic, it’s more important than ever to stay connected. The Heroes program offers captioned telephone technology available at no cost, allowing veterans to connect with what's most important in their lives.

We fill the gaps between veteran service organizations by helping nonprofits connect with veterans, their families, and caregivers. Our programs bolster nonprofit efficacy, improving their results, and empowering their initiatives.
