America's Warrior Partnership is honored to announce Gary Sinise as the recipient of the 2021 Leo K. Thorsness Leadership Award. This award honors and recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and outstanding service to veteran communities. It is named after the late Col. Leo K. Thorsness, a Medal of Honor recipient, one of the most highly decorated American airmen of the Vietnam War, and a founding board member of AWP. Gary and the Gary Sinise Foundation continue to lead by example in their incredible service to our nation's veterans and their families.
