Shauna Rust is a professional staff member with the U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, under Chairman Jon Tester (D-MT). She covers a variety of veteran health care issues including mental health and suicide prevention, women veterans, COVID-19 response, long-term care, and EHR modernization. She earned an MPP in Health Policy from University College Dublin and a BSPH in Health Policy & Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
