Hisako Sonethavilay manages Hiring Our Heroes' strategic execution of research and initiatives that help veterans and military spouses thrive in the workplace. Her efforts have expanded the military spouse employment narrative, shaped policies and programs, and mobilized groups to best support our military community. Hisako holds a Masters of Social Work from George Mason University and a Certificate in Community Research & Program Evaluation from UC San Diego Extension.
