Ivan serves as a member of the Senior Executive Service within the Department of Labor, Veterans’ Employment and Training Service. As Director of National Programs, Ivan oversees three VETS program offices that administer five congressionally mandated programs that served over 370,000 military members and veterans last year. The program offices are the VETS Office of Grants and NVTI, the VETS Office of Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and the VETS Office of Compliance (USERRA and VEOA).
