Jeffrey C. Hall, a combat-wounded Persian Gulf War veteran, is the national employment director for the more than 1 million-member DAV. Hall oversees special employment initiatives working with private and public sector entities to address joblessness and underemployment building partnerships, facilitating job fairs, and connecting veterans to employers. He is a member of the Federal Advisory Committees on Veterans’ Employment, Training and Employer Outreach and Veterans Business Affairs.
