Regina is Vice President of Community Investment at United Way of Tarrant County and Regional Director for United Way – Arlington, home of the Dallas Cowboys! She works in conjunction with area leaders on community impact, and capacity building. Included in this role, Regina provides oversight to UWTC’s Mission United, a veteran services initiative that connects veterans and their family members to community resources. A proud Army wife, she is married to retired LTC Cedric B. Williams.
