Shya Ellis-Flint manages America's Warrior Partnership community programs and supports affiliated communities by serving as the liaison, program mentor and operational adviser for successful implementation of America’s Warrior Partnership’s model. She works with AWP's team to ensure community efforts are supported nationally and locally. Shya has cumulatively 25 years of experience in marketing, veteran organization program management, community relations and as a Marine spouse of 13 years.
