Melanie Hughes is a Learning Consultant for Bank of America, responsible for the Manager Excellence Community on Connections, delivering the enterprise Veteran Development Program, and consulting Global Human Resources on enterprise manager development learning needs. For the Veteran Development Program, Melanie provides opportunity for self-identified veterans to participate in a program designed to expand their networks, build business acumen, and hone their presentation skills.
